These Terms of Service (the “TOS”) set forth the legally binding terms for your use of aiboo.io and/or any of our online channels, platforms, products or services, including all content contained therein (“Services”).

By accessing and/or using the Services you agree to be bound by these TOS and our Policies. If you do not agree with these TOS, please cease using or accessing our Services.

1. General

AIBOO is an online chat application that uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) algorithms to generate virtual and fictional characters (“AI Companions”), with whom you can chat and exchange messages. The Services are for entertainment purposes only and are entirely fictional.

• The Services are for entertainment purposes only. They are not intended as emotional support.
• AI Companions are artificial intelligence characters designed to simulate human-like interactions; they do not possess genuine emotions.
• Generated outputs may sometimes produce content that is inaccurate or incomplete.

2. Account

You are responsible for all activities occurring under your login credentials. You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (at least 18 years old).

3. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the Services and any embedded materials are owned by AIBOO. You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of your input. By using the Services, you grant AIBOO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, and modify your Content (input and output) to provide and improve the Services, consistent with our Privacy Notice.

5. Restrictions & Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal purposes. We have a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and other illegal content. Attempting to create such content will result in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.

6. Payments

Subscriptions and token purchases are set forth at the time of checkout. Subscriptions are set to renew automatically unless cancelled in your account settings.

7. Termination

You may terminate these TOS at any time by ceasing to use the Services and cancelling your subscription. We reserve the right to terminate access for any actual or suspected breach of these TOS.
